By downloading, installing, or using Classic FM Mod (the "Mod"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not download or use the Mod.

1. License

This Mod is provided under a personal, non-commercial license.

• You are not allowed to modify, distribute, or sell this Mod without prior permission.

2. Ownership

All intellectual property rights for the Mod belong to the Mod creator. The Mod may contain content from the original game, subject to the game developer’s End User License Agreement (EULA).

3. Mod Compatibility and Updates

• The Mod is provided "as-is" compatibility is only guaranteed on official versions of Football Manager patch 24.3.
• The Mod Creator bears no responsibility should the developers of Football Manager modify the game in such a way as to prevent its compatibility with the mod.

7. Termination

Your license will terminate automatically if you breach these terms. You must delete the Mod upon termination.

The Mod creator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
