Welcome to Classic FM an unofficial fan led project to keep the original version of Football Manager alive forever. This is more than just a temporary update while we wait for FM25. This is a project to keep this old generation of FM updated every year for the next 20 years or more.

By downloading, installing, or using Classic FM Mod (the "Mod"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not download or use the Mod.

1. License

This Mod is provided under a personal, non-commercial license.

You may use the Mod for personal entertainment purposes only.
You are not allowed to modify, distribute, or sell this Mod without prior permission.

2. Ownership

All intellectual property rights for the Mod belong to the Mod creator. The Mod may contain content from the original game, subject to the game developer’s End User License Agreement (EULA).

3. Mod Compatibility and Updates

The Mod is provided "as-is" compatibility is only guaranteed on official versions of Football Manager patch 24.3.
The Mod Creator bears no responsibility should the developers of Football Manager modify the game in such a way as to prevent its compatibility with The Mod.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Mod only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Mod is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. The creator is not responsible for game crashes or data loss.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Mod creator will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Mod.

7. Termination

Your license will terminate automatically if you breach these terms. You must delete the Mod upon termination.

8. Changes to These Terms

The Mod creator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
